SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing days do not include transit days. A tracking number will be provided once
order is processed. Delays with USPS are possible, please monitor your tracking information before contacting LU Apparel.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses will delay your shipment. Using the address suggested by USPS is high recommended.
Package(s) that are refused will be returned once payment is received by customer and back into Lu Apparel's possession.
We are not responsible for lost packages once tendered to USPS. If no movement after three transit days, a claim will be filed on your behalf. If package is showing delivered but not received. Please email customer service. Claims can take 3-4 weeks.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you, for your purchase. We are committed to providing a superb experience and make certain you are highly satisﬁed with the products you order from LU APPAREL.
Due to the limited availability and uniqueness of our designs all sales are considered FINAL, upon receipt of payment unless it falls under fault of LU APPAREL. ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE - no exceptions.
We can not oﬀer refunds; however, exchanges for another size is welcomed. All orders must be returned in original packaging, unwashed, undamaged within 72 hours. Please contact customer service prior to shipping at email@example.com
After the exchange request has been acknowledged or approved, the customer is responsible for returning items to be exchanged. All shipping expenses will be at the expense of the customer.
We highly recommend using a confirmation delivery service for all returns. LU APPAREL is not responsible for items that are lost in transit.
